The yearbook was first published in 2000 in Greek by the Department of Musicology of the Ionian University in Corfu, Greece. Since 2013, it has been published in English with the aim of expanding its audience beyond Greece. At the same time, the reviewing tradition remains in which a new guest editor is invited for each yearbook. Since 2015, a musical composition included in the room has been offered as an appendix.
